History
Established in 1999 by cousins Denny and Allan Stevens, Signature Audio Video has grown from a two-man operation to a small team of dedicated professionals , which includes design engineers, system integrators, CAD specialists, software programmers, project managers and installation craftsmen. We also work closely with architects, interior designers and builders to ensure the highest quality installation.
Our Process
Our dedication to outstanding service is evident in our process. If you have a design project or home theater installation, give us a call. We can travel to you for an in-home consultation or schedule a sit-down meeting to discuss your project. After the initial meeting, we draft a proposal outlining the details of the work. Upon approval, move forward with the project, taking care of everything from planning to equipment to labor.
Our Commitment
Our customers are our first responsibility’ anticipating and meeting their needs is our top priority. That’s why we also act as “client representatives.” During the remodeling or building of a home or office, some design and equipment matters cannot be addressed satisfactorily by other contractors. For instance, wiring for communications, home networks, whole-house lighting and climate control, and even cabinetry and built-ins for electronic equipment should only be handled by experts.
